If you crack the nutshell of my life, you will find three main ingredients:  fashion design, passion and uber creativity. I am Harley De Oliveira. Born and raised in Brazil, I moved to New York City to finish school and accelerate my journey in fashion design.  My objective is simple: to continue to enhance and refine the aesthetic talents with which I was born.
